FSG FoamTech Concrete Restorative™ foaming system is a multi step process, which uses pH as an intensive cleaning process. This process is designed to remove soiling and spotting by lifting soil out of the surface capillaries to leave the concrete clean.

We clean and restore restrooms, lobbies, cafeterias, commercial kitchens, warehouse floors and retail spaces.

Electrostatic Spray Cleaning

Facility Services Group removes biological contaminates from commercial, hospitality, educational, and healthcare facilities. The company’s disinfection program involves the use of an antibacterial cleaner that is ready to use, with no mixing required and is non-irritating to the skin and non-corrosive to treated articles.

Our antibacterial cleaner has the following properties:

  • It is a sanitizer (kills 99.9% of bacteria in seconds), yet much safer for treated items than bleach
  • It kills: E-Coli, MRSA, Legionella, Norovirus, and Staphylococcus
  • It is a long-term mold preventative
  • It contains no VOCs and is 100% biodegradable
  • It is ecologically safe
  • It is safe for food preparation surfaces
  • It has a relatively neutral pH (8.15)
  • It requires no special clothing for application. Other products can require Tyvek suits. Our technicians simply wear gloves and goggles
